    Penang started becoming a high tech hub a long time ago. Started when Dell, AMD and Intel opened factories here.

    A lot safer than KP too! For some reason I was walking around a jungle in Penang dressed in a business suit a few years ago, with the monkeys overhead in the trees making a racket.

    For sure it is the best place in Malaysia to do any business activity. It is both urban and rural, there are great beaches and a lot of cultural diversity.
