Hit F5 on r/randnsfw a few times. There's worse than that. And a lot better (not necessarily NSFW) . Like I said, it's not perfect - it aggregates content from the entire internet.

All of it. Reddit is far from a utopia by any means, but you can't paint a whole website with that brush because it has some questionable sections. The reddit hivemind contains people from literally all walks of life - pervs to presidents.

Re: not exactly holier than thou

Reddit occasionally cracks down on the worst subreddits, and one of the most prominent CP peddlers at Reddit got exposed. But since Reddit is very haphazard in its approach to CP and violent porn, it always comes creeping back.

That said, the ugliest smut stays in their own designated cesspools, and don't really disturb the rest of the site much. Personally I find the countless shills and paid propagandists more annoying, as they're everywhere.

WTF?

Don’t try to game the system...

Don't call it "gaming the system". It is cheating. It is lying. It is fraud.

Only if you're a tech. Economists, politicians, marketing, sales, CEOs, and a host of others would call it "if I wasn't physically prevented from doing it then it's allowed. The only actual issue is getting caught, which just means you have to do it a different way next time." Also known as the "if it's not nailed down it's mine. If I can pry it up it wasn't nailed down" approach to life.

Yeah, it's a bit of a mouthful, so "gaming the system" is probably a good approximation.
