I thought they'd been overcharged

until I realised it wasn't the town.

Mind you at the rate Paypal load fees, it might have seemed reasonable to them even if it had been.

lol, I immediately thought of the town too. Having been to Braintree College of Further Entertainment in the 90's 800M quid seemed a rather generous offer...
