    Surely the title should read "$AU450M-plus"? I have a contract worth over $450 with my own ISP, it's not remarkable enough to make the news...

      Or maybe the government cutbacks have gone further than expected. $450 would at least get a couple of phones, that'd be a communication network.

      If you look above your post, you will see a Send Corrections link. I imagine they put it there because it adds to the feng shui of the site. Not because they actually expect anyone to use it.
