    FAIL

Yup losing millions and being a miserable failure is pretty much mandatory qualification for government and it's subsiduaries these days. Of course without offering massive bonuses there is no way they could attract such 'cream of the crop'.

    Remove duplication?

Actually, dealing with Capita, it seems more like the people there are being stretched beyond breaking point.. there's never enough hours in the day to get the work done, so a lot of them have to catch up by working at night at home.

How long will it be before record sales are spouted as a hackneyed mantra?

One year perhaps before the beleaguered sales team at CITS is brainwashed through an adept use of NLP and told how well they are doing. Save as much as you can over this year, it would be a shame to end up like many did at 2e2 and becoming a case number at the Insolvency Service.

at least he should still have the slide deck he used at the 2e2 Sales Conference, a couple of weeks before the company went bang, where he declared record Q3 and Q4 and told the staff there was no need to worry about the financial state of the company...!
