if you play for more than 7.5 hours a day your addicted. I get payed to work for 7.5hr and cant wait for it to end.
Also if you physically look ill, that probably a good indicator as well.

If I don't get my sleep fix every day I look like shit, and I do it willingly for more than 7.5 hours per day whenever I get the chance.
