    We dropped Sage

    like a proverbial sackful, and went to Moneysoft for our payroll (~10 employees). Never looked back; easier to use, cheaper, no nagging sales calls at all hours wanting us to upgrade to Mega-Ultra Payroll V.9282878.

    I fecking hate that. If I'm your customer the least you can do is send me an email to let me know the state of the service I'm paying for. Twitter may have x million users but everyone online has email, including those x million twats.
