Paging all Dexter(the serial killer) fans.
This topic was created by Inachu.
Let me take this info like a knife and cut it up bit per bit for the truth that it is.
What has happened to me and my IP(intellectual property)character.
For the record. I posted at an online forum dedicated to new TV show ideas.
I posted about a serial killer who kills other serial killers. A good serial killer VS bad serial killers. That is as basic as I made it on the online forum. Everythign else about what Jeff took and redressed it as his own is his own doing. Such as calling the serial killer Dexter.
What similar case in legal history has this happened to?
Mastercard priceless campaign. They took the idea of the pricless pictures from 2 guys who made it famous and copyrighted it. So yes Master Card legally stole information and made money off of it when it was someone elses Idea. Someone else created it. By using the legal system they stole. Is that Justice? Is it fair to use the legal system in this fashion?
Was the courts and is/should the courts be used to rip people off just by calling it business?
Is that right moral and fair? Were the 2 guys EVER compensated or at least given a pat on the back for their efforts making PRICELESS famous?
The only thing different between me and the 2 guys who created priceless was that their idea was already famous. My character was not famous. It was my own twisted creation that took well over 25 years in the making thanks to an abusive father.
Now who should you believe and trust? I am willing to take a polygraph but if I am given a polygraph then I demand that Jeff Lindsay also be given a polygraph and be given tough questions created by me and if he fails then all court costs are to be made by him and all punative damages and awards I want to be given to charity to victims of child abuse.
I even told him online at the forum where I gave birth of teh character that this is NEVER about money. Just recognition.
Again I say to Jeff Lindsay. SHAME ON YOU! Man up and tell the truth!
