    The cost of doing bribery, err business is going up in the good old PRC.

    R Reagan had a system like this too.

    He owned practically worthless desert property and when someone needed a favor from Ronnie they would pay an overly large amount for some of his desert acreage.

    Of course they needed a partner.

    The PRC requires foreign business operators to take on a Chinese partner to have any kind of operation on the mainland.

    Wonder if they also have a party member on the board too?
