Why would Anon hit the source of their greatest fascination? Much more likely it's just that the "patriotic" hackers in question have been listening to the announcements that all DDoS attacks will be investigated, and are simply trying to avoid getting a Club Anon holiday (you know, the type where the Met flies up to Shetland and gives you an all expenses paid trip to a London prison cell.....).

It would appear that a semi literate member of the hacktivista did indeed take down Wikileaks. In keeping with their noble traditions, and Japanese porn, this was of cause an entirely noble cause .... in that perhaps Julian A owed him £20.

but seriously, why the torrent approach rather than how they did it previously?
Are they doing this in response to impending legal action, attack, or is there some mundane reason - like this particular case has become boring and they want to clear the desk in order to give somebody new a bit of heartburn?
