3. wtf - never heard of encryption? Your most sensitive operations should be running on portable computers with read-only OS on removable media (no HDD) or at least OS-encrypted (e.g. Bitlocker/FileVault) boot HD volume, encrypted (e.g. multiple Truecrypt/Axcrypt/Bestcrypt) removable media for your most sensitive data, like easily swallowed SD cards, and Predator/usb-key locked screens if you walk away from the machine for any reason. All passwords should be different with 20+ chars with random characters. One should not use excerpts or modifications of publically printed press since it is well known government agencies have swallowed entire national libraries whole, e.g. US Library of Congress (including multiple languages).
