I hope they hand him his arse

Two courts said his beliefs are incorrect so let's hope the supreme court hands him his arse and increases the punishment ten fold for wasting their time.

Political theatre like Soviet Union, not justice.

"Two courts said his beliefs are incorrect "

So you say that when RIAA wants you dead, it's OK no matter what the local law says?

Both courts provided no evidence whatsoever and it's painfully obvious that both sentences were forced by political pressure from RIAA/MPAA and Swedish Police/authorities.

Political theatre like Soviet Union trials for enemies of the state: Sentence is known before the trial even starts. Also saving the face of the Swedish Police who had raided PB premises and confiscated (ie. stolen) all their computers before a single accusation had made and of course without court order.

Huge pressure from Police towards conviction and if someone even thinks about 'fair trial', forget it: There can't be one in this case, anymore. It's about Polices reputation and that's as political as it can get.

Only way to clear that is to go to Supreme Court and fortunately Lundström has money for that.

Also is not clear why it's necessary to call Lundstöm a "neo-nazi" in this context, I'd say the real nazis are the authorities wiping their asses with laws. Article writer doesn't like Lundström?

As you migh know, or not know, sharing _address_ of any copyright material (but not the material itself) is still legal in Sweden. Lower courts had to invent whole class of new crimes (now known to any law) to stick something on instead of throwing whole case out immediately.

Interesting

Judging by the lack of comments in here, I assume the freetards that used to defend Pirate Bay are now off somewhere else?
