There is no 2030, it's a 2020. Also, the 6000 has supported SAS drives since the DS4243 was released. The only head that doesn't support (external) SAS is the 2020, because it has no PCIe slot, and no onboard external SAS controller.

You are seriously miss informed.... You have failed to even get the current FAS models correct.

You are also miss informed about OnTap 8... It runs in 2 modes... &mode or Cluster mode...

A bit sad this because I used to value your opinion...
