    taking the lead in supercomputing something new to be scared of?» Yes, indeed, as opposed to the spectre of a committed capitalist government, which has been engaged in wars of aggression around the world more or less continually since 1945, leading development. This, of course, is an entirely normal state of affairs and one, which, like the bomb, we should stop worrying about and learn to love....
