Tenner a month

Call me cheap, but if Spotify lowered the Sub to a fiver a month I'd subscribe.

half a story

In your rush to get the disparaging remarks out to world as quickly as possible you failed to mention it is PayPal for the UK only at the moment. Better researchers/writers needed; half a story is almost no story at all

Re: half a story

Um, hi Gloria. Can't see any disparaging remarks in the story myself. Personally speaking, I'm a big fan of Spotify.

As a UK publication you'll find that funnily enough most of our stories our written for a UK audience. Hopefully there's a publication wherever you are that you can also offer your considered critique to.

@lukewarmdog

Yes but if you want Spotify _on_your_iPhone_ you need a paid account.

@lukewarmdog

You can go there. You can enter your details. You can push sign-up. But it won't sign you up.

Good job I don't actually want an account for something I can do easily enough on usenet

Thumb Up

I like, but its too expensive.

I have subscribed, and will probalby try it for another month. But I think the money would be better spent on CDs.

I listen to quite alot of music. Alot of the SAME music. I find stuff I like, buy it and listen to it alot.

Now, with Spotify free, I can listen to alot of music. Thats good. I can listen to it on the iphone too. Thats OK. (Though the 3G slowness and the fact I can't also browse the web is bad) I love having most of the music I'll ever want avalible, well indexed and well presented via Spotify. Thats worth paying something for.

£10 is too much for me to consider always having this subsciption. If it was cheaper it would be much better.

Revisit...

Just let me know when the story is "Spotify adds Windows Mobile in bid for profitability".

Until then, I shall remain a freetard.

Barrier to entry, broken

Congrats to Spotify for continually listening to people. This was a massive obstacle for most people, and IMHO they're creating a service it's hard to disagree with.
