Judging by their performance in processing my expense reports for the company I work for they will lose 25% of all documents processed after which they will ask stupid questions and fail to deliver what is required from them.

Back in the day of the EOI and CSA fiasco (around 2001, another NuLabour IT flop) Bull/Integris/Steria were the people who did all the manual labour for ... (wait for it) ... EDS.
Things have no doubt changed in the past 8 years, however I don't doubt that some of the top ranked EDSers who where up for the chop post-HP have found themselves a comfortable place at Steria.
This may just as well have gone to EDS :(
