    Big Brother

    Its all well and good putting procedures in place

    Is anyone going to follow them and more importantly is anyone going to enforce them.

    Although the EU has a slightly better reputation of this than the British Government has

    I want an icon for Little Brother watching Big Brother but is powerless to do anything about it
