Correction/clarification
The way it reads, you're saying the PS4000X with 16x400GB drives has a max raw capacity of 9.6TB. 16X400GB is a nominal 6.4TB raw capacity. You can't fit 9.6 pounds of stuff in a 6.4 pound bag...
The unit has a max raw capacity of 9.6TB, which would require 600GB drives.
