Not sure how you make a living as an MLB manager out of the spotlight. I think the guy has a law degree, but he's a bit old to start in as a public defender.

This is clearly a totally frivolous basis for a lawsuit. Twitter has absolutely no capacity for profit, intentional or otherwise.
