Good Start
For a quick 30 minute overview it was informative.
I was expecting a little more homework on the part of the speakers, with the promise of more technical webcasts. I would have like them to cover Google, Sun, Amazon etc and how their clouds, hardware infrastructure that they run on, price comparisons etc. I don't expect a manual on SaaS - but discussing some of the underlying technology would be informative. Xen, Hypervisor etc?
I appreciate that instead of trying to sound like authorities and pushing their version, they admit up front that these are still interpretable words, that have yet to be defined, and that some words like web 2.0 are basically just marketing hype.
