Tesco's internet subscribers are without email access right now, even if the grocer's status page claims all is well. Only part of the story...
Didn't no-one realize that VM, Tesco and all other associated sites went down also...
We had an MSO, major kit swapped out at great expense and stress, and all you report is that Tesco was down...
We'll raise it as a P3 and swap it in the next outage windows next time.
