... is that there is such a small number of them in the first place. Probably as many individuals use software as own a house, and every business needs both offices and software. It would be nice if all these people and companies made as much use of software firms as they do of builders.

Want an extension to Outlook, or a macro for Excel? "fFf........ffft!, well, that's a lot of work and of course you'll need to make it compatible with your ISP. Tell you what guv. call it £800 and I'll pop round to start on Monday" Well, maybe not.

What? surely no newspaper would ever "flavour" the news to suit themselves.... Next you will be saying that some newspapers even attempt to "affect" the news with their reports...... Given the recent revelation that Robert Murat was named Arguido because he was "too helpful"

I suppose if they had a Damascus newspaper in biblical times, the headline would have read:

"Samaritan douses, kidnaps injured man as priest and levite witness horror."
