Parallels forms Windows containers on HP's Itanium servers
Parallels is giving some delayed attention to Hewlett-Packard's Integrity servers today. The OS virtualization house has now certified Virtuozzo Containers to run in tandem with Windows on the Integrity server line — a healthy three years after Parallels (then SWsoft) did the same for Linux. Integrity Virtual Machines....
Seeing as Integrity Virtual Machines let you divide up an Integrity server by resources for hp-ux, Windows and Linux I suppose there hasn't been much of a great need to push Virtuozzo on Integrity. And they may have been trained in the US, but I haven't heard a peep about the stuff from any UK HP reps yet.
