Ahhhh, of course..

BEA's directors want their palms crossing with silver, some Oracle shares and their jobs guaranteeing for two years.

Only then will it be in the shareholder's interest to accept the deal.

...why we can't have a Larry as a devil icon. You don't need a saintly one to balance.

On another note, is it just because Oracle can't sort out its Fusion Middleware strategy that it needs to buy Aqualogic?
