    so cost benefit - look closer

    Although the action of using said blackberries may not make money, it makes more use of an existing resource, squeezing out that extra half hour here and there makes for alot of work potentially. Work that would otherwise have used up office time instead of taxi / airport time. That is a cost saving, almost as good as an income!
