China in Europe?

China isn't in Europe, and having noticed .mobi and .eu domains are being used in spam, I'm glad the .eu registry has taken this action.

Although who uses the word "domicile" I'd never heard of it before now!

If one can purchase10,000 euros, one can also buy 10,000 domain names, as long as one has a EU residence.
