    Note: assume software applications and software services.

    Does any one person who has rudimentary knowledge pertaining to the specification, design and construction of software believe that there will be a time when human beings will not have an issue with this problem?

    When this problem becomes 'easy' human programmers and human software engineers will not be required. We will be in Westworld or Foundation.
