Couldn't happen to a nicer company

Litigious happy Qualcomm, who is 2nd only to rootkit Sony in the evil factor, finally learns that what goes around, comes around. Qualcomm sued everybody trying to control both CDMA and GSM technologies. And now look, poor Qualcomm went for everything and got nothing. Couldn't happen to a nicer company.

Pot meet Kettle

I agree with Wade, in most cases one would feel sorry for such heavy handed litigation, but given Qualcomm's recent* history in the IP arena I just feel they deserve such treatment given their happiness to deal it out.

* At one point, Qualcomm were a major player in the space-related hardware market. President A. J. Viterbi retired and that aspect closed down a few years ago, around the point where mobile phones were at their rise to power.
