    The UK doesn't *have* a High Court...

    ... there's one in England & Wales, for which it is a civil Court, and there's a completely different one in Scotland, more properly entitled the "High Court of Justiciary", which is Scotland's supreme criminal Court.

    So which one do you mean? (Clue: El Reg doesn't appear to know that Scotland has its own separate criminal and civil legal systems, education system, and monetary system...).
