    Oh, goody!

    Great! Another opportunity for some "private equity firm" (read:the next generation of vulture capitalists) to enter a field that they know nor care absolutely nothing about, take a successful business that they know nor care nothing about, and cost-cut it into oblivion so they can unload the carcass some two years later. If I were a CDW employee, I'd be polishing up my resume in a big hurry.
